My story

Date Listed 5/23/25 Age: 1-2 years old DUSTY IS AN FELV+ CAT. WHAT DOES THAT MEAN? HE MEANS HE HAD FELINE LEUKEMIA. HE CAN CERTAINLY LIVE A VERY NORMAL LIFE AND LIVE MANY LONG YEARS. HIS IDEAL HOME IS AS A SINGLE CAT OR WITH ANOTHER CAT THAT IS VACCINATED FOR FELV YEARLY OR ADOPTED INTO A HOME WITH ANOTHER FELV+ CAT. Bio: Dusty is a stud x10. Dusty is estimated to be 1-2 years old. He’s a big boy with a lot of big hugs to offer. He loves to plop himself right next to his human and get some good head scratches. He loves to play with his mouse toy and does very well with other cats. He loves treats and is all around the sweetest mush man. Dusty came from an awful hoarding situation and deserves the very best forever home!  Applicants applying for a pair of kittens will take precedence if approved for adoption. Our website is www.tnrtaskforce.org.  All of our cats/kittens are spayed/neutered, up to date on vaccines, negative for FIV/FELV (unless noted), dewormed, flea treated and microchipped.  Adoptions are first come first serve. We do not hold cats or kittens. You must be approved to adopt in order to schedule a meet and greet with any of our adoptable cats or kittens. Kittens under the age of 8 weeks are available for pre-adoption.  Our cats/kittens must be spayed/neutered prior to adoption. Kittens under 8 weeks of age can be pre-adopted. After filling out an adoption application, if approved to adopt we can schedule a virtual or in person meet and greet. In order to pre-adopt you will leave an adoption donation deposit fee and fill out a pre-adoption agreement to hold them until their adoption date which will be 3-5 days after they are spayed/neutered.
