My story

Animal's Name: Franny Animal's Breed: Domestic Shorthair Animal's Age: 1 year (estimate) Spayed/Neutered? yes Up-to-date on vaccinations? yes Details about the animal: Franny is a sweet but skittish little girl trapped in Carlisle PA, living off of scraps from a dumpster behind a Super 8. She seems to have very little experience with people, but is quickly learning to trust and should make a great addition to any family willing to give her time and patience. She was trapped just one day after her little brother Eddie ("Venom") and while not necessary, we would love if they could be adopted together.  She is about one year old, is up to date on her vaccinations, and tested negative for FIV/FeLV. She is already litter box trained and gets along well with our other cats and will run and play with them at night. We can hold and pet her and she will eat out of our hands, but will hide if she is spooked. We are still waiting to see more of her personality come out, but right now we would say she is a chill, low maintenance cat that would likely do well either with other cats or by herself. She is OK with well-behaved children but has not met dogs. We are currently working on continuing to socialize her and she is making excellent progress becoming less afraid and more active around people.
