Layla

My story

Layla is a shy senior girly at 11 years old who's having a rough time at the shelter. She spent a majority of her life in a home, but when the home became too active she had a difficult time adjusting. She is a total sweetheart, but often gets overlooked because she is usually snuggled up in her safe space - the cat tree! With a little patience Layla enjoys petting and chin scratches. We even have a volunteer that shares Reiki with her, and she seems to love the calm energy that is shared. We don't blame you, Layla! Layla's perfect home would be a less active home with older children or adults.
