Select the "Apply for Adoption" if you would like to adopt Hi, my name is Harper. I am from Arkansas. From her foster: Harper is a total lover! She’ll jump on your lap for a snuggle. She’s working on her house training, frequent trips outside have helped. She does well in her kennel when I’m out, sleeps on her dog bed at night. She takes her medications well in pill pockets. I’d advise no cats as she’s chased my neighbors cats out of my backyard several times, has been good with slow intros with other dogs. From the Vet: Harper came into rescue with a history of a fracture to both of her front legs. Because of the length of time between the injury and her arrival, the veterinarian consulted our orthopedic specialist and it has been determined that the level of arthritis present in her joints has made any repair of the fracture not possible with a surgery. We have determined that medical management with pain meds and supplements are the best course of treatment for her at this time. We hope she finds a forever home where she can thrive!
