My story

Hello, my name is: CharlieDOB: 07/16/2022Weight: 55.6 lbsSex/Breed: Neutered male Basset HoundRescued From: Breeding kennelHome life is all new to sweet Charlie, but he is starting to enjoy it. He is shy at first and will need patience and time to settle in. He has been nothing but sweet from day one despite all the changes around him. Charlie’s ideal forever home will have a yard for him to stretch his little legs in, a quiet environment, and a resident dog to learn from. Watching his canine foster siblings trust people is really helping him feel comfortable. Meeting cats was uneventful, so we think he would be fine in a home with cats too. Charlie needs to learn his manners and how to walk on a leash but seems to love yummy treats. We have no doubt this dopey boy will flourish, all he needs is a chance!
