My story

Meet Pinto – Tiny Tank, Big Attitude, Bigger Heart Pinto is a 1.5-year-old Exotic Bully — short, stocky, and full of sass. She’s 7–10 inches tall, weighs 35 pounds, and was rescued from a backyard breeder who planned to breed her with a much larger dog. It would've killed her. She’s also heartworm positive, which tells you how little she was cared for. That life is over. Now, with people, Pinto is a total lovebug — playful, snuggly, and wildly entertaining. She wrestles, plays, and snorts like a piglet when she’s happy. She’s full of life and personality once she feels safe. With other dogs, she’s got attitude — and honestly, we don’t blame her. She hasn’t met cats or kids in our care, but we’ll help with safe introductions if needed. What we’re serious about: A strict diet — no junk food or overfeeding. A safe, stable home that understands her background and respects her needs. Absolutely no breeding. Ever again. Pinto is a survivor with a huge heart and a big personality. If you’re ready to give her the life she deserves — fun, love, structure, and respect — she’s ready too. No games. No second chances. This is her fresh start.
