My story

Social, Confident, Energetic Looking for a cat who welcomes you as you come home from a long day? Marie is just the gal for you! She gets so excited to see her humans when they enter a room, she practically takes them out with how flexibly she rubs up on their ankles. She is easily placated with some head, chin and/or back strokes! Though she will happily accept love for as long as her humans are willing to give it! She gives the affection right back by rubbing all over your hands while you're petting her. Moving toys are the best to Marie! Soft floppy toys are immobile and boring, but anything she can chase after or jump up in the air to attempt to grab are purr-fect for this sweet lady! She adores chasing after jingly balls, and will even attempt to play keep away! She is a smart kitty, and likes to engage with people while she uses up her energy. Marie would be happy in a home with other cats, but would prefer for them to be a little more on the independent side. She is content with herself and her own energy, and does not care for her space to be invaded or her privacy disrespected!
