My story

You can fill out an adoption application online on our official website. Benelli aka Benny, is looking for her furever home! Benelli is 8 years old and is a calm older girl who still loves to play outside, go for walks, and play with her favorite toy in the yard: her Jolly Ball. Benelli loves to snuggle up on the couch, or is even just as content in a comfy dog bed, she just wants to be beside/with her people. She loves to be the center of her people’s attention, and will sit patiently forever next to whoever is petting her. Benelli does tend to be a little shy/nervous when meeting new people, but quickly warms up! She is UTD on shots, completely house trained, and listens well / knows almost all commands.  We do recommend that Benelli goes to a home with no birds/farm birds, no cats, no small dogs, and no children under 8 years old. She does enjoy the company of some medium/large dogs; she is currently being fostered in a home with 3 other dogs, but would really flourish being the only dog & the center of her owners attention. Her previous owners and her foster family left her uncrated overnight as well as when they went to work. When alone, she finds a comfy spot to lay until her people get home. Adopt Benelli!
