Meet Rhett, URGENT HELP FOR THIS BABY BOY THAT HAS BEEN NEGLECTED HIS ENTIRE LIFE! ALLS HE NEEDS IS SOME FOOD AND TLC! Rhett came into our shelter as a stray. This poor baby is so thin, but that doesn’t stop him from being as friendly as can be! He LOVES other dogs and LOVES getting all of the scratches that you can give! Hes been neglected seems since the day he was born he needs a better life not to be killed in this nasty noisy kill shelter. PLEASE HELP TEXT KAREN 4136298152
