My story

Meet Ian! A sweet Rat Terrier / Jack Russell who wants nothing more than to be by your side, and preferably in your lap. He absolutely loves affection and will happily soak up every pet and cuddle you can offer.Ian is about 7-years-old and 15lbs of cuteness. He loves food and snacks and a healthy diet has really improved his health and energy. Ian arrived at the shelter underweight and ill, but after veterinary care and healthy food, this boy has pep in his step and he's now a healthy, happy dog! Ian enjoys going for walks, playing fetch and getting treats. He recently went to the park with our volunteer and was very calm in the car. He soaked up the sun during their picnic together. Ian does fine meeting other dogs on his walks, but would be best as the only pet in the home as he can be bossy about his food and toys. He is potty trained and a very smart boy!
