Luna

My story

Luna is a big, beautiful and gentle giant. she was dumped in southern Missouri and ended up in animal control. She was very close to being euthanized before she was rescued. She was heartworm positive, had hookworms, cherry eye and had not been spayed. She was transported to St Louis and immediately went to a foster home where she is thriving. She bravely got through her medical issues and is now ready to find her forever home. She will need to have allergy drops daily in her eyes. She gets along well with dogs, cats and every human she meets. She would probably do better in a home with no small children or small dogs because of her size and the fact that she is a leaner. She is crate trained and has never had an accident in the house. She loves to go for walks and car rides, but her favorite things are sleeping on the couch and eating. She has had no formal training, but she comes when called and goes to the couch to lie down when asked. She would love someone or a family who would take her on adventures and shower her with love.  June 9, 2025, 12:37 pm
