My story

Meet Jojo, a gentle 2-year-old soul with a sweet, quiet demeanor. While still a bit shy and skittish around new people, he’s happy to follow you around the house and is beginning to come out of his shell more each day. Jojo enjoys long walks and is easy on the leash, but once indoors, he’s calm and low-energy. He’s also quiet—no barking from this polite boy.Jojo has shown positive and respectful interest in other dogs and has done great meeting with his foster siblings.His low prey drive makes him an easy companion on nature walks—he’ll glance at geese or deer but doesn’t try to chase. He has also shown no interest in the cat and now genuinely enjoys playing with toys.He may be potty trained (a couple of accidents seem to be related to tummy troubles), and he always takes care of business once outside. He’s good in the car once in, though he’s still learning that car rides can be fun. Jojo is just starting to engage with toys and explore playtime, and with a little time and patience, we’re sure he’ll continue to blossom.If you’re looking for a quiet, kindhearted companion with a soft spirit and a willingness to love, Jojo might just be your perfect match.
