My story

Meet Rockstone – A Gentle Soul with a Playful HeartWith his long legs and puppy-like enthusiasm, Rockstone is a lanky sweetheart who’s just waiting for the right person to walk into his life. He absolutely loves going on walks—his tail wags, his eyes light up, and he’s ready to explore the world by your side. He can be a strong puller at times, but he does wonderfully with an EZ walk harness and is learning his manners like a champ—he even sits politely before going out the door.Rockstone is as kind as he is handsome. He melts for head pets, loves a good treat, and truly comes alive during playtime. On the 4th of July, he charmed a whole group of visitors during a comfort session, happily joining in a game of tug-of-war and soaking up the attention.He’s currently sharing a kennel with another dog and seems to enjoy the company. Rockstone would thrive in a home where he can stretch those long legs on regular walks, play to his heart’s content, and most of all—feel safe, loved, and part of a family.If you’re looking for a loyal, affectionate companion who’s equal parts silly and sweet, Rockstone is your guy. He’s ready to rock your world.Rockstone has participated in shelter playgroups and may enjoy a compatible canine friend in his new home.  Looking for a buddy for your dog?  Bring him/her to the shelter for a meet and greet and see if we`re a match!  Check out his playgroup video here:To meet me, visit the Bradshaw Animal Shelter Tuesday-Sunday, Noon - 5:00 pm, Wednesdays, Noon - 6:00 pm. All adoptions are on a first-come, first-served basis. To help expedite the meet and greet process, please make note of my Animal ID number, and those of other dogs you might be interested in meeting. Be sure to bring your ID with you, too.
