Meet DeeOgee – Your Loyal Sidekick in the Making! Looking for a pup who’s equal parts sunshine, snuggles, and smarts? DeeOgee is a 4-year-old mixed-breed lovebug who’s ready to find his perfect forever home—one where he can be your #1 buddy, every single day. DeeOgee is the kind of dog who forms deep, meaningful bonds. Once he knows you’re his person, he’ll want to be by your side for just about everything—whether you’re working from home, binge-watching your favorite show, or just chilling in the yard. He’s a champion napper, a fan of sunshine, and has a refined palate (his favorite snacks are blueberries and baby carrots—we told you he was special!). Smart, Trainable & Full of Potential This guy isn’t just sweet—he’s also super smart. DeeOgee already knows commands like sit, lay down, stay, and shake, and he’s eager to learn more with a little consistency and clear guidance. He walks beautifully on leash and truly thrives with a predictable routine and regular exercise. That said, DeeOgee does get a little overwhelmed around other dogs, especially on walks or during rough play. His reactivity seems to be fear-based, possibly due to a chaotic past, but he’s very coachable and has already shown real improvement with the right support. He just needs someone who’s willing to advocate for him when things get a little too exciting. His Dream Home DeeOgee would do best as the only dog in a calm, structured home where he can soak up all the attention (and maybe a few carrots too). He’s not high-maintenance, but he does need a little extra understanding and time to help him feel safe and secure. In return? You’ll get a loving, goofy, and deeply loyal best friend who will always have your back. Dee O Gee is participating in The Love Pit's iRehome program, so ongoing care and custody are provided by their foster.
