My story

Microchipped, DOB: April 14, 2017 If you’re into the strong, silent, and hairless type, look no further than Basil. This regal Sphynx is a chill, affectionate companion who lets his deep, rumbling purr do all the talking, especially when you give his head a good rub. Basil is a total sweetheart who loves attention and isn’t shy about climbing into your lap to knead his signature biscuits (he’s basically a one-cat bakery). Once he’s worked his dough, he’ll curl up into a soft, warm pink ball and nap the day away, preferably tucked under your shirt for that extra cozy touch. Though he’s more of an observer than a doer, Basil is always nearby, quietly keeping tabs on his people with his wise, Dobby-like gaze. Yes, he looks like a certain loyal house elf, and yes, he is just as devoted. A true blanket connoisseur, Basil has high standards when it comes to his burrowing materials. Chenille or velour? Perfect. Mohair? Hard pass. Sit with caution, what looks like a pillow lump might just be Basil in his favourite snuggle spot. He originally came into foster care as “GoGo,” and he still responds to that name—so feel free to call him whichever suits his royal Sphynx-ness best.
