Apply at the Google Forms Link above to be considered. Mertle has no adoption fee, but you will be required to bring her back for her remaining vaccines for 50% off. You will also need to bring her back for her free spay and microchip. Adopters must live within 30 minutes of the Boulevard Vet Clinic.*To make the best possible match for you and the pet, please follow the link below to complete the Adoption Application.
