My story
Meet Summer! Summer is a sweet 3-year-old brown tabby with the softest fur and a gentle heart. She came to us as a stray with another cat, and while she’s still adjusting to the shelter environment, she’s already showing signs of her loving nature. Though a little shy right now, Summer enjoys soft, slow pets and quiet company. She’s looking for a calm, patient home—one without dogs or young children—where she can take her time to feel safe and secure. Once she’s settled, we’re confident Summer will blossom into a loyal and loving companion. To meet Summer, complete an online application at www.washingtonpashelter.org or visit during walk through hours on Tuesday 1pm - 7pm and Wednesday through Saturday 1pm - 4pm.
