My story

Meet Figgy! Our adorable 22 pound, 9 month old bundle of love!! Figgy is believed to be a Manchester Terrier mix who has the best eyebrows around and is the most delicious love muffin around that will make a wonderful companion.  Little Miss Figgy is fantastic in so many ways! She is a quick learner who always wants to her best. She aims to please! Figgy plays well with other dogs, especially those who are larger than her and she totally holds her own!  After all the fun, she crashes hard for naps and snuggles so cuddle up! Her favorite spot is cozied up in your side with her head on your shoulder. There’s nothing like waking up to some of Figgy’s hugs and kisses. She craves your hugs and kisses in return. She is also kid friendly as well. Plus this sweetie  is fully crate trained and is working hard on potty training.  Figgy is timid to strangers but once she is shown some love she’ll be your new best friend. This bundle of energy and extremely sweet lovin’ little girl is impossible not to love. She’ll make the best addition to one lucky family! All of our animals are in volunteer foster homes. Once an application is pre-approved (contingent upon a home check) we will contact applicants that are a good match and set up a time for a meet. At that time we are happy to answer all of your questions. No inquiries prior to that please. All of our animals are spayed/neutered, examined by a vet, up-to-date on vaccinations, on heartworm and flea/tick preventatives, and microchipped. We adopt our animals as strictly inside companion pets. We will do a veterinarian reference check and a home safety check. We are located in Omaha, NE and we do not ship our animals. We are all volunteers so please be patient with us. Our requested adoption fees help go towards medical expenses, food, transportation, toys, and other supplies for our animals.
