Named after Olympic swimmer Dara Torres, our Dara has shown the same strength, resilience, and grace—nurturing her kittens with fierce love and now ready to dive into a life that’s all her own. Dara has a calm, wise presence that instantly makes a room feel more peaceful. She’s affectionate but not demanding, content to quietly observe or curl up beside you, offering soft purrs and soulful gazes. Her silky black coat and golden eyes give her an elegant, almost regal look—but she’s as down-to-earth and sweet as they come. Now that her motherhood duties are complete, Dara is ready for a forever home where she can be cherished not just for what she’s done, but for who she is: a loving, gentle, and quietly courageous cat who’s earned her time to shine.
