Name: Buddy Age: 9 years old Weight: 90 lbs (working on slimming down!) Breed: Gentle, loving mutt (with a heart as big as his paws) Special Traits: Limp in front leg due to likely arthritis – but don’t worry, he still has plenty of tail wags and love to give! Buddy is a handsome senior gentleman looking for a soft place to land for his golden years. At 9 years old, he’s past the puppy phase and full of the kind of calm, sweet soul that only time can bring. He may be carrying a little extra weight and walks with a limp from what’s likely arthritis, but his spirit is light and his love is unconditional. Despite his aches and pains, Buddy is still up for gentle strolls, cozy naps, and lots of belly rubs. He’s looking for a retirement home — someone who will help him get back to a healthy weight, manage his arthritis with love and care, and give him the comfort he truly deserves. Buddy is the kind of dog who will sit by your side, rest his head on your lap, and remind you every day what loyalty looks like. He’s low-maintenance, house-trained, and has mastered the art of the perfect snuggle.
