He weighs 30 pounds but he’s pretty small. Our best guess is his West Highland terrier and schnauzer mix. Scrappy is cotton soft, white with red spots, so he’s kind of a red merle. He’s recently been groomed. Super friendly happy guy good on car rides. Scrappy loves playing basketball! He plays with the kids all day long. When the ball rolls away, he just waits for them to go get it so he could chase them and make them work on their dribbling skills. He’s currently located in Harrison Arkansas.
