My story

Meet Niko – a gentle senior Lab mix with a heart full of love and a spirit that refuses to quit. Despite a rough past, Niko is incredibly sweet and trusting. He’s currently getting medicated baths to help his coat grow back in a few patchy spots, and he’s taking it all like a champ.Niko is well-mannered and house-trained—he’ll head to the door and give a polite little whine when he needs to go out. He sleeps peacefully in his crate and gets along well with other dogs. Though he’s a senior, Niko still enjoys walks and light activity, especially when it involves a game of fetch. He may be low-key, but that tennis ball brings out his playful side!And here's a fun fact: Niko loves vegetables. 🥦 Whether it’s a crunchy carrot or a bite of broccoli, this good boy is all in.If you’re looking for a loyal, easygoing companion who just wants love, a few tosses of the ball, and maybe a snack from the garden, Niko is your guy.
