My story

Burto is a lovable goofball with a heart of gold! This sweet pup is all about people - he’ll stick by your side as he learns you`re someone he can count on. Burto is a total ham who’s always ready to make you smile with his silly antics. He’s so thrilled to be close to you, he can barely sit still when he hops into your lap! He loves leaning in for affection and having his head gently held. After a burst of excitement, he settles in for a nap. He even snoozed right through a thunderstorm like a champ.While he`s still working on polite greetings, Burto is gentle at heart. He`s clumsy in the most endearing way and does enjoy chewing, but chooses toys over anything else when they are around. He appears to be housebroken, can hold it overnight, and already knows how to sit. He’s quiet, does well in noisy environments, and clearly just wants to make his people happy.Because of his size and bouncy energy, we think Burto would do best in a home without very small children for now. He’s friendly and sweet with kids, just doesn’t realize quite how big he is yet.
