My story

Meet Praline!This tiny sweetheart weighs just under 9 pounds and is around 5 years old. She was one of the last four dogs rescued from a heartbreaking situation where 15 pups were left behind when their owner was hospitalized.Praline is everything we love about chihuahuas rolled into one adorable package-sweet, snuggly, and totally devoted. She LOVES people and wants nothing more than to be held and cuddled. One look into her soulful eyes and you'll be hooked for life.She's used to living with a pack and would thrive in a home with at least one other dog to keep her company. Praline is ready to give her whole heart to someone-could that someone be you?IMPORTANT: Please read all below, especially if you live outside of Texas, which is where our rescue is located.Apply to adopt on our website: https://www.charmingpetrescue.org/adoptAll of our animals are spayed/neutered, microchipped, and up to date on shots.ALL of our animals are located in Boerne, TX, but transport after adoption is available to other states for a $300 fee for dogs or an additional fee varying by location for cats. If you are seeing our pets posted in your state, that's because you live near a transport stop, they are not currently at that location. Petfinder lists our pets as 'Out of Town' pets at other locations, and Adopt-a-Pet lists our location as a Transport stop. Those are currently the only options they offer to make this clear, so we put this description we've put at the bottom to explain it.
