My story

Hi, I'm Daphne - your high-energy, big-eared bundle of fun! I came to the shelter as a stray, but I've quickly made a name for myself with my playful personality and those ears - seriously, have you seen them? They're as expressive as I am and always on the move! I've got lots of energy and love to stay busy, so if you're into playtime, adventures, or just hanging out in the yard, we're going to get along great. I'm fairly independent and happy to entertain myself, but I've also got a soft side - I'll sneak in for a cuddle or belly rub when the moment feels right. I do well with kids who can match (or at least handle!) my energy - I'm enthusiastic about life and need little humans who are sturdy and respectful. When it comes to other dogs, I'll be honest - I get overwhelmed! I have a hard time properly interacting with them, so I'd be most happy soaking up all the attention as your one and only dog!
