My story

Our hearts hurt for Little Mama! Her owner could no longer take care of her and there was no family that could help. She arrived to the shelter on 5/22. Little Mama is 6 years old and weighs in at 62 pounds. She is a sweetheart, calm and quiet. She knows to sit when asked especially if you have a treat. Her favorite thing is to nap on her bed. Have you been waiting for a girl to love on? Little Mama sure could use a bit of loving. Ask for ID# 10215 Run 89. She will be spayed soon and has a micro-chip. She has tested negative for heart worm. Note - all the listings on Friends of Shelter Animals for Cobb are done by volunteers. If this cat or dog came in as a lost animal, we do not know how they might be with children, other pets, or if house trained. You can bring your pet to the shelter for a meet & greet with your potential new best friend. When inquiring about a cat or dog, please use THE ID NUMBER. This pet is available for adoption from Cobb County Animal Services, 1060 Al Bishop Dr. Marietta, GA 30008, (770) 499-4136. Shelter hours: Tues. - Sun. 10:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., closed Mondays & Holidays. The adoption includes shots, altering, a heart worm or combo test and a microchip.
