Kumal & Sanga

My story

Meet Kumal & Sanga! These two bonded boys were living on the street scrounging for food. They are not brothers but likely related – same mother, different litters. Kumal is about 2 years old and Sanga is about 1.5 years old. They have come a long way from their street days. Kumal is a snugglebug. He loves pets and playtime and is very protective of his little brother Sanga. Sanga likes to be close to his human but is still afraid of snuggles & hands reaching out for him. He relies on his big brother Kumal to feel safe. Sanga does loves to play and explore. He will sit and stare at his foster mom within arms’ reach to let her know he wants to play. These boys so deserve a loving forever home where they can feel safe. Kumal & Sanga would do best in a calmer adult home that has the patience to help them adjust. They are good with the other cat in their foster home but are unproven with dogs. Because Sanga is timid, a dog would have to be calm and cat savvy and there would have to be a slow introduction. Kumal & Sanga are on a veterinary grade diet – Hill’s Urinary CD Stress - as Sanga had blood in his urine when we brought him in. The vet believes the blood was due to stress as there was nothing found in tests. The CD Stress diet cleared it up and he is fine now that he is on this diet. Kumal & Sanga have been neutered, vaccinated, microchipped, vet checked and tested negative for FIV/FELV.
