Marco

My story

Our sweet little Marco was born in February of 2025 and, at 2 weeks of age, he was brought to a rural northern NC shelter with an extremely mangled hind leg. He survived that trauma but, after he got big enough, the rest of the leg had to be amputated. Marco has never had use of that back leg so he doesn't know there is anything missing. He runs around with his sister and jumps on the couch without any problem. Marco has no issues using the litter box because of his missing leg and insists he can do anything! He has the loudest purr motor and is as sweet and snuggly as a kitten can be. Marco needs to either be adopted with his sister or into a home with a friendly cat to be his best friend.
