My story

✅Currently located in South Korea✅️ 💟Available to fly to Vancouver & Toronto💟 Meet Gahui💕 💙 Adogs News Account: @_adogs_everyday 1⃣ Health Condition * Spayed. * Microchipped, and fully recovered from heartworm. 2⃣ Rescue Story * Gahui was a stray dog wandering the streets while pregnant. She needed a safe place to rest and eat well, and thankfully, she was taken into a shelter where she gave birth to five healthy puppies, including #AdogsHarry. Through Adogs, Gahui and her puppies overcame their painful past and found new families in 2021. However, four years later, they are once again facing the heartbreak of being abandoned. 3⃣ Basic Information * With People: Wags her tail and greets strangers, but she tends to avoid physical contact at first. Once she gets used to someone, she becomes relaxed and comfortable. Has a particular fear of unfamiliar men, so it takes a bit more time for her to warm up to them. .* With Dogs: Is curious and often approaches unfamiliar dogs first! Sometimes, she gets overly excited and may growl when she wants to play, but she gets along very well with her canine housemates. * With Cats: When she sees a cat running away during walks, she tends to want to chase it. * Separation Anxiety: Doesn't have separation anxiety, but she sometimes waits by the door. * Potty Training: Is well-trained for both indoor and outdoor potty use. Indoors, she prefers to do when no one is around. * Walks: Does well, but caution is needed as she tries to chase cats or birds. When encountering unfamiliar dogs, her excitement can lead to growling and strong pulling. However, if you hold the leash short and ask her to sit, she quickly calms down. * Hygiene: Is great with baths and grooming! However, she doesn't like her paws being touched and tends to pull her feet away during nail trimming, so extra care is needed. * Car Sickness: Doesn’t get carsick, but she tends to be a bit nervous in the car. 4⃣ Special Notes * Is a bit timid and may bark when she hears scary noises from outside or when someone enters the home. Is also frightened by loud voices or shouting.

If you have any questions or would like to adopt Gahui, please reach out to the adoption group directly. PetSmart Charities does not facilitate the adoption process. Thank you.
