My story

Birthday: October 30, 2020 Location: East Petersburg, PA Buff is a really special kitty with a heart of gold. He was living outside in a colony of cats and being cared for by a kind older woman who loved him very much. She needed to move to another state and was unable to take him, leaving her heartbroken. He sustained an injury on his front right paw awhile ago back when he was living outside. The vet determined he had a dislocation or break on two of his toes that has since healed. It doesn't affect his mobility at all, and besides missing a little fur and two of his nails being a little wonky, you otherwise wouldn't be able to tell!   He is a very handsome boy with beautiful cream color fur and golden eyes. His fur is bunny soft, and he adores being petted and loved on. He is a champion lap cat, always ready to jump on a lap when one is available. He is super talkative and makes the cutest chattering sound!   Buff has a dog-like personality - always wanting to be the center of attention and following his foster parents! He is a happy guy and purrs up a storm. While he loves being an indoor kitty now, he is still adjusting to all the sights and sounds and can be easily startled. He would do best in a quiet and calm household. Buff has a lot of energy and is very active, so he's looking for someone who is willing to spend time playing with him to keep him entertained as he can be a bit mischiev ous if he is bored. He would do well with another cat that has a similar energy level to him. When he wants to play he can be a little pushy about it, so would do best with a younger cat that wants to play as much as him.    Buff is hopeful for a loving family that is patient with him and understands it will take time for him to adjust to his new home. If you have the time to dedicate to him, he will fill your life with lots of love, laughter, chattering and purring! His adoption donation is $115 and includes age-appropriate vaccines, dewormer, flea treatment, Felv/FIV testing, microchip, and neuter.
