My story

Ike is a stunning brindle boy with a bold look and an even bigger heart. With his sleek black and white markings and expressive eyes, he’s as photogenic as he is affectionate. This handsome guy is full of personality—loyal, playful, and always up for a game of fetch or a good belly rub. He loves spending time with his people and thrives in a stable, loving environment.While Ike gets along well with humans and could possibly live with the right female dog, he prefers to be the only male dog in the household. He’s looking for a home where he can feel relaxed, secure, and like the king of the castle. Ike is ready to be someone’s loyal companion and best friend. If you’re looking for a strong, loving dog who will stick by your side through thick and thin, Ike is your guy.Ike was able to go on a Dog Day Out recently and here is what they had to say, `Ike was a bit unsure at first. That was until we got out for McDonald’s, after a few fries and a hamburger patty he turned into my best friend. We took a walk, but it was hot so we both got tired pretty quickly. Ike never jumped up and while he was at my apartment, he knew not to be on the furniture. Ike is going to be looking for a quiet home and someone who can spoil him with lots of love and treats.`On another day out here is what they said, `Ike is the goodest boy! We had a great time going for a slow, meandering walk and getting hamburgers and pup cups (which he loved). Ike was awesome with my 12 year old, wagged his tail at everyone we saw, and was a very polite car companion. Ike’s favorites were rolling in the grass, getting belly rubs and resting against my daughter for naps. 14/10 recommend Ike as your new best friend.`And another day out, `We took Ike out for a very chill doggie day out. This sweet, but shy boy has the happiest little tail and soulful brown eyes. We were told that he was a cheeseburger connoisseur so we headed straight to McDonald’s to grab him one. He has great manners inside the house and stuck mostly to the cool floor or doggie bed I had set up. He is definitely potty trained and would go to the door to ask to be let out. After a few laps around the backyard this hunky boy took a lengthy nap on the doggie bed. He did great around my 4-year old!
