My story

At 11 years young, Shelby the Beagle still has so much love to give. With her gentle eyes, soft ears, and wagging tail, Shelby has a calm spirit and a heart full of loyalty. She’s the kind of dog who’s happiest curled up beside you on the couch or trotting behind you on a leisurely walk. Shelby came to us after her previous owner could no longer care for her, and now she’s looking for a soft place to land—somewhere she can enjoy her golden years surrounded by love and comfort. She gets along well with other mellow dogs, enjoys being around people, and has great manners. She’s just waiting for someone to see her not as “older,” but as wise, loving, and deserving.
