My story

Jensen may be the quietest of his siblings, but don’t mistake that for boring—he’s full of playful charm once he’s comfortable! This brindle baby is 12 weeks old and has a tender heart, a curious mind, and a deep love for toys, soft blankets, and other dogs. New people can make him a little nervous at first, but give him a little time and he’ll be romping happily and wagging his tail by your side. He’s currently learning crate and potty training in his foster home. He’s still young, so he could learn to live happily with dogs, cats, or kids. If you’re looking for a loyal pup with a gentle heart and a playful spark, Jensen might be your perfect match. Thank you for your interest in one of our Hero Babies! Before inquiring, we thought it was important to share a few of our policies. Puppies - We do not adopt puppies under 16 weeks to out of state adopters. This is due to our spay/neuter policy, and all dogs must be spayed/neutered before leaving Georgia state lines. We do not adopt siblings to the same household. Your Current Pets - We do require that your current dogs and cats are current on vaccines and spayed/neutered. Adoptions - We do not have a shelter and are a foster-home based organization. We do require that you have an approved adoption application to schedule a meet and greet. You can fill out an adoption application on our website, www.herorescue.org/adopt. Once your application is approved it will be sent to the foster family that is currently caring for the dog. They will be able to provide information on likes, dislikes, personality, etc. They will also schedule a time for you to meet the dog. We do require a home visit prior to adoption.
