My story

I am at Oakland Animal Services in kennel Dog Adoption:10Norbert is a 3-year-old, 68-pound pup who loves a good stroll and a long sniff session. While he starts out a bit unsure, he quickly warms up—trotting beside you with perked ears, a wagging tail, and a gentle smile. He takes treats sweetly, accepts affection when he's ready, and has been polite around other dogs. Norbert is an independent explorer with a soft side, ready to find a home that matches his playful, thoughtful energy.
