You can fill out an adoption application online on our official website.Squishy and cute, DAZZLE is a healthy little puppy who was born on April 29th 2025. Her mama, Charm appears to be all beagle, (see Charm's picture below), but we do not know who the father is. At about 4 weeks old, we believe the puppies are the right weight to be beagle sized. DAZZLE will be ready to go to her new home approximately July 12th and will be spayed, dewormed, microchipped and will have received a Bordetella vaccination and two Distemper/Parvo vaccinations. Adopters will be responsible to complete the booster vaccinations and, when they are old enough, the Rabies vaccination.If you are interested in adopting, please submit an Adoption Survey on our website and our adoption team will contact you promptly.
