Petal is a 4-month-old Black Mouth Cur mix with a heart as sweet as her name. Weighing in at 27 pounds already, she's on track to be a solid, medium-to-large adultbut don't let her size fool you. She's gentle, affectionate, and wonderfully well-mannered for a puppy. Petal is great with kids, respectful with cats, and gets along well with other dogsthough she prefers polite play over full-on wrestling matches. She's not overly hyper, making her an easy fit for a variety of homes. This smart cookie is already mastering house training, sleeps through the night like a champ, and is learning basic commands like "sit" and "down." While she may get a little chatty in her pen if she's bored, she's otherwise a calm, sweet companion who's eager to please. Ready to blossom with her forever familyPetal might just be your perfect match. Petal is the softest soul of the bunch. Gentle and shy at first, she warms up into the most loving little cuddlebug. She prefers to follow rather than lead, letting her siblings take charge while she happily soaks up the affection.
