My story

Meet Lemon, Although his name doesn’t sound it, he’s as sweet as can be! Lemon is a regal, loving hound mix that has recently found his way to Colorado and is now looking for a forever home.  Get ready for all the puppy kisses and cuddling, because Lemon is a lover. This guy loves to play with his foster brother, enjoys cuddling up in your lap, and even enjoys time with the resident cat.  Lemon has a calm, yet curious demeanor. Hound dogs are known for their independent, yet affectionate and loyal personalities. They are generally gentle, good with children and other animals, and can be quite easygoing, especially if they have a strong connection with their humans. We do recommend looking up some information on the breed to make sure they will be a good fit in your home. To prevent boredom and destructive behaviors, hounds require regular exercise, mental stimulation, and opportunities to use their natural instincts.
