Name:   Percy          Best Guess for Breed:   Retriever/basset mix    Best Guess for Age:   1 year as of April 2025          SEX:    Male   Approximate Weight:   40 lbs   Gets Along With:  Other dogs. We haven't seen him with cats or kids but we are happy to discuss integration techniques with any potential adopters!   Currently Living at:   DC area boarding. Percy needs a foster or forever home!   Percy is Looking For:   His forever home! This sweetie is eagerly looking forward to having his own humans for sniffy walks and all the adventures they can dream up. And dog school so he can show how super smart he is. And then pets and cuddles and belly scritches at the end of a fun day together. And he'll want quality kibble and a cushy dog bed. Most of all, though, he wants to know he's safe and loved. In exchange he promises all the adoring gazes and happy tail wags he's storing up, and loyal companionship for all his days. What do you say? Is Percy the one you see by your side?
