My story

Taijin is an absolute sweetheart looking for his person to love! This gentle, mellow boy is super easy to leash and walks well at his own relaxed pace. Taijin loves attention and pets. He melts for belly rubs and makes the cutest little piggy snorts when he’s happy. He takes treats gently, knows “sit,” and is very people-focused, he just wants to be near you! Taijin was found as a stray but has shown nothing but sweetness and affection since arriving at the shelter! If you’re looking for a loving best friend who just wants to chill and be your bud, Taijin is your guy. Come meet this baby-faced cuddlebug at ACCT Philly any day between 10 am & 6 pm. He was laying on his bed when I approached and came right to the front of the kennel with a loose body. Allowed me to easily leash and he walks very well on leash just a bit slowly. He loves handling and takes pets all over’ He gets little piggy snorts when he gets pets it’s sooo cute. Takes treats super gently and knows sit. Very handler oriented. In the volunteer office laid right down for belly rubs and was very chill! Sweet little baby who seems to be low energy. 06/02/2025 staff notes, intake: dog was very docile, didnt want to walk, allowed pets and allowed me to pick her up.
