If he wasn’t in this condition he would be the star of adoptions - hw neg, friendly, sweet and handsome He has some small healing wounds and itchy dermatitis. BUT he is the SWEETEST boy. He just wants love, he puts his head in your lap and gives all the kisses. He met several friends and did beautiful on his temp test with big Bear. This guy is a collie mix to me, he will be so handsome after a glow up. He deserves a family. I hope someone takes a chance on this sweetheart. "
