My story

Meet Rooster, a distinguished older gentleman with a soft spot for affection and a talent for the most charming roly-poly routines you’ve ever seen! Rooster came to the shelter with his feline friend Tigris after their beloved human could no longer care for them, and while it’s taken him a little time to adjust to this big life change, he’s beginning to bloom into the sweet, affectionate lovebug we knew was hiding under that shy exterior. Every day, he gets a little braver, a little snugglier, and a lot more generous with his signature roll-overs—an irresistible invitation for pets and praise. Rooster is currently on a prescription kidney diet, but he handles it like a pro and doesn’t let it slow him down one bit. He’s the kind of cat who just needs a gentle, patient home to show off the loyal, loving companion he’s always been.
