My story

Hi! I'm Sunny! I'm an approximately 2 year old, male, German Shepherd/Husky mix who weighs approximately 50lbs. I was surrendered by my owner on 06/02/2025 because I do not do well with children. I am suggested in a home environment with kids 16 years old and up. According to my previous owner, I am house and crate trained and walk well on a leash. I have not met another dog but you have a fur buddy in the home, a meet and greet is encouraged to make sure we get along. I am excited to meet everyone and love to be loved on. My adoption fee is $125. I am neutered and microchipped and will be brought current on my rabies vaccination, basic boosters, and heartworm test soon. IMPORTANT NOTICE: All shelter animals are required by Texas state law to be spayed/neutered. RAC completes this procedure at the age of 12 weeks. If you are adopting a pet under the age of 12 weeks or an animal that has not yet been spayed or neutered, you will be required to return the pet to our facility on the agreed upon date set at the time of adoption.
