This sweet 1-year-old hound mix is a gentle, happy boy who loves long walks, friendly hellos on the trail, and staying close to his people. Hoss gets along well with other dogs and people, is easy to harness, and walks beautifully on a leash. Hoss is already working on basic commands with the help of tasty treats (he’s a fan of liver treats!), which he takes ever so gently. Despite his size and strength (he’s a big boy at 81 pounds!), he’s a total lovebug, often placing his front paws on you to share a cuddle. While car rides make him a bit anxious, he’s otherwise an easygoing pup ready for adventure and snuggles alike. Hoss is looking for a home that will continue his training and give him the love he’s eager to share. Come meet this handsome hound—your new best friend could be waiting!
