My story

All interested people should submit an adoption application as their first step. O'Henry is an 12-month-old male with a heart as big as his personality. Super friendly and affectionate, this charming boy loves to follow you around the house, chatting away and keeping you company. His playful curiosity makes every day a little more fun, whether he's exploring a new toy or curling up next to you for snuggles. O'Henry is great with dogs and and prefers to be the only cat in a home.  O'Henry does have one tiny quirk - he can get a bit impatient if you don't know when to stop petting him.  So, he may not be the best fit for homes with very young children who might not understand his boundaries.  If you're looking for a loving, loyal, and entertaining companion, O'Henry is ready to steal your heart—and probably your spot on the couch!  Come meet O'Henry and see why he’s impossible to resist!  All pets adopted from GDHS are spayed or neutered, have vaccinations brought up to date, are on heartworm preventative (dogs), FIV/FELV tested (cats) and microchipped.
