My story
Meet Lucy Lou! Lucy Lou is a 7-year-old, 65-pound bundle of love who’s ready for her second chance. She came to us when her family could no longer care for her, but she hasn’t let that dim her sweet spirit. This gentle girl has lived happily with kids, cats, and other dogs — and gets along with everyone she meets. She’s housebroken, crate trained, and walks beautifully on a leash. Lucy Lou is past the puppy phase, which means she’s calm, well-mannered, and just wants to be near her people. Whether it’s relaxing by your side or going for a stroll, she’s up for anything as long as she’s with you. June 3, 2025, 9:19 am
