Apollo

My story

Apollo was a dog that was pushed out of the vehicle by his previous owners. On a Saturday morning in the rain, the owners pushed Apollo from their car, said "he's a good boy named Apollo", and then drove off. All weekend long in the rain we tried catching him. Apollo kept crossing over the train tracks, scared, and looking for the owners who would not be coming back for him. After we caught him, it took a few days for him to get used to us. Now he is the BIGGEST baby. He has a few stuffed animals he carries around with him, careful not to tear them up. He gets so excited to see us. He will come jump up on you to give you kisses, once you've earned his trust. He is VERY potty/kennel trained. Typically if he's acting "crazy" in his kennel, he's letting us know that he needs to go potty again. For the size he is, Apollo walks wonderful on leash. Since we've had him he's been around cats and dogs without a problem. He can see children on the playground when he's on a walk and gets excited to see them. Apollo has been neutered, microchipped, up to date on shots, current on flea/tick/heart worm prevention, and has a negative heartworm test.
