My story

Meet Paisley! Paisley is a sweet little soul who seems to have not been very well cared for before coming to us as a stray. When Paisley arrived to the shelter she was underweight, terrified, and suffering from one of the worst flea infestations we have seen. Due to her previous lack of care Paisley is in need of some TLC, as she continues to gain weight and recover. She is a nervous pup, and can take time to warm up to people, but once she is comfortable with you she is the sweetest girl who just wants to curl up in your lap and snuggle. Paisley is looking for a more quiet home where she can recover, and a family that will help her catch up on socialization to help build her confidence. Paisley likes other dogs, and may appreciate a doggy playmate to show her the ropes at home. If you have other animals in your home, we recommend bringing them in to do a meet and greet before taking Paisley home.
