Lady

My story

This sweet pit is Lady! She came to us feeling a bit shy but started to warm up after just a couple of days. Now she is more than happy to run around outside and play with all of the kennel staff members. It was noted that in her previous home she had some resource guarding behaviors (so she doesn`t like to share food and other similar items) so we will be requiring that children in the home be 12 or older. We do also want to make sure that she meshes well with the entire household so all people need to visit her and eventually we would like her to meet any resident dogs too. Lastly, we do have history of her getting along well with cats in the previous home, but it was mentioned that she did try to play with them. Please remember to do any and all introductions with people or animals slowly! If you have any questions please ask a kennel technician!
