My story

Meet King, a stunning 1.5-year-old dog with beautiful blue merle and white markings and the cutest face to match! Weighing in at 53.5 pounds, King arrived at the shelter as a lost boy with ID on 5/25/2025—but sadly, his family never came for him. Despite that, King’s sweet nature continues to shine. He’s playful, friendly, and knows how to sit politely for treats. King is up to date on his vaccines, microchipped, and will be neutered and heartworm tested before adoption. Come meet this royal pup in Run #852, ID 10290—he’s ready to be your loyal friend. Note - all the listings on Friends of Shelter Animals for Cobb are done by volunteers. If this cat or dog came in as a lost animal, we do not know how they might be with children, other pets, or if house trained. Shelter hours: Tues. - Sun. 10:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., closed Mondays & Holidays. The adoption includes shots, altering, a heart worm or combo test and a microchip.
