Matey

My story

Matey is a true lap cat. She loves nothing more than to curl up on your lap and be held. Although, food is pretty high up on her list too. She thinks all food is hers, cat food, people food, cardboard – it all tastes delicious! Matey is bonded with her foster brother Apple, so they are a package deal. They both love attention, naps, and treats. They’re also learning how to play fetch! Their personalities complement each other nicely, so they make a great pair. Does the weather wreak havoc with your sinuses? Then you are a kindred spirit with Matey and Apple and will totally understand their plight. Having been stricken with colds/sickness as a kitten, it did a number on their sinus passages. As a result, those awesome tiny bones that allow for gentle easy drainage are no more. The cats don't mind and we don't mind either, but it has left them with the occasional Darth Vader breathing or, even sexier, a snot rocket. Willing to deal with occasional snot in exchange for loving cats? Then these babies may be just right for you.
